This place is the perfect hidden paradise. The property and cottage are gorgeous! The cottage we stayed in was cozy and romantic, with the river yards away from the lovely porch. Sipping coffee in the morning, watching the birds and wildlife play, listening to the river flow was heaven. There is so many things available to do on the property from fishing, water play, canoeing, tubing, all right there. Sylvia has prepared the spaces with such a lovely charm, thinking of everything someone may need to make their stay enjoyable. She has prepared the property for almost any need, from a romantic escape, a friends weekend away, to a family reunion, this property is the perfect cozy paradise. Sylvia gave us privacy but was a phone call or text away if we needed anything or had an issue. I will be returning. The town of Christoval is a perfect retreat, with a winery right next door, and horse stables for trail rides down the road. I do intend next time to bring a couple of steaks to utilize the grill provided and hopefully book a couple of more nights as 2 just didn't seem to be enough time to enjoy all of the possible activities available in the small town.
